How do I check the status of my order? We will be glad to track your package for you, please drop us a line at CustomerService@NeutralDwelling.com or give us a call at 318-512-6599.

What method of shipping do you use? UPS is our major carrier. We do have items that ship from the manufacturer and that will vary- via Federal Express or Common Carrier so items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together.

How are the costs of shipping and handling determined? Our shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of your order unless it is one of the many items that includes free shipping. Those items will state free shipping in the continental U.S. in their descriptions.

What tax will I be charged? Taxes are charged only to customers who reside in the state of Louisiana at a rate of 4%.

What if my product arrives broken?

Although we strive to pack the products so you have no issues, sometimes damage can occur in shipment.  Please fill out the RMA request form or call Customer Service at 318-512-6599.  Be sure to hold the product for carrier inspection.


Is it safe to use my credit card online? We are integrated with PayPal so that you may be assured that your transactions will be secure. We do not collect or store your credit card information on our site and all transactions are through the secured PayPal Site which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security technology. Once you have completed shopping simply check-out and you will be asked for information necessary in fulfilling your order. Clicking on this button will take you to a secure server hosted by Paypal. You DO NOT need to create a paypal account to use this service. On the main checkout page, simply click "I do not have a paypal account" if you wish to use a credit card. If you wish to use your paypal account, then log in to your account from this screen. If you have any questions about the secured shopping cart system, please contact us at 318-512-6599. You also have the option to pay via check or money order if you like.

What is your Return Policy?

Return Policy

 

  • Refunds are granted for returns received within 10 days of you receiving the item.
  • Returns received past 30 days are not eligible for return
  • No refunds or online gift certificates are granted for sale items, clearance items, upholstery items, cut fabrics, custom products, discontinued items, floor models, seasonal items, discounted items, or shipping charges
  • All returns must arrive to our warehouse in their original condition and original packaging.
  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
  • Some Items may be subject to a restocking fee. You will be notified when you recieve your RMA# if any restocking fees apply.
  • Neutral Dwelling reserves the right to Refuse any package that is returned without an RMA#. Please be sure to clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the package.

Sending Back Your Return

  • Ship to:  Neutral Dwelling, Attn:  Returns, 416 Lakefront Drive, West Monroe, LA 71291
  • Please ship all returns fully insured
  • Mark your RMA# clearly on the outside of the package / note within packaging
  • Neutral Dwelling does not pay for return shipping
  • Please allow 3 weeks for us to process your return

Damages or Defects

  • All orders must be inspected upon delivery
  • Damages and defects must be reported within 72 hours
  • Images of damage may be needed
  • Please retain all packaging materials for inspection by carrier for damages
  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
